Buyback Guidelines

Draft for business and legal review. These guidelines describe how Easy Cash Diabetic intends to operate and should be reviewed by the owner and counsel before launch.

1. Eligible products

Easy Cash Diabetic considers diabetic supplies that are:

• Factory-sealed and never opened
• Within the manufacturer's printed expiration date
• In clean, undamaged packaging
• Listed in, or similar to items in, the product directory

Appearing in the directory does not guarantee acceptance. Every item is reviewed individually.

2. Items never accepted

• Insulin of any kind
• Opened, used, partially used or tampered-with supplies
• Expired products
• Products subject to a manufacturer recall
• Stolen goods or supplies the seller doesn't own
• Supplies obtained under any program whose rules prohibit resale or transfer
• Items requiring refrigeration that can't be verified as properly stored

3. Items requiring manual review

Some listing types are flagged for individual review and may not qualify: sample packaging, unboxed or loose singles, devices (receivers, readers, PDMs, meters), and certain lancets. Stop-smoking products are not diabetic supplies and are listed only so sellers can ask. They require separate eligibility confirmation.

4. Ownership and permission to sell

By offering supplies, the seller confirms they own them and are permitted to transfer them. Easy Cash Diabetic does not provide legal advice about whether a particular program or plan allows resale; sellers who are unsure should check before scheduling.

5. Quotes and inspection

Any quote is based on the seller's description and is subject to in-person inspection. If products, quantities, packaging, condition or dates differ, the offer may change or the item may be declined. The seller may decline any revised offer.

6. Recalls

If a lot is found to be subject to a recall, it will not be accepted.

7. Personal information on packaging

Sellers should not send photos showing personal or health information. How pharmacy labels are handled at pickup will be discussed when scheduling.

8. No medical advice

Easy Cash Diabetic does not provide medical advice. Selling extra supplies should never mean going without supplies you need. Talk with your healthcare provider about your own care.
