Selling basics
What supplies do you consider?
Sealed, unopened, in-date diabetic supplies such as Dexcom, FreeStyle Libre and Medtronic sensors, Omnipod pods, test strips, and infusion sets. See the product directory for every listing. Inclusion in the directory doesn't guarantee acceptance; every item is reviewed.
How do I request a quote?
Call Tonya at 443-536-8037 or use the quote form. Include the product names, quantities, expiration dates and your town.
Can I ask about a product that isn't listed?
Yes. Call and describe it. If it's a sealed, in-date diabetic supply, Tonya will tell you whether she can consider it.
Do you buy insulin?
No. Insulin is never accepted.
Do you post prices online?
No. Offers depend on the specific product, packaging, condition and expiration, so Tonya gives each person a quote after reviewing what they have.
Pickups & service area
Does Tonya personally pick up?
Yes. Tonya arranges and handles pickups herself.
Which areas do you cover?
Carroll, Howard, Frederick, Montgomery and Washington counties in Maryland, and York County, Pennsylvania. See service areas. If you're near the edge, call and ask.
Is there a minimum quantity for a pickup?
There's no published minimum. Call Tonya to discuss. Whether a trip makes sense can depend on what you have and where you are.
Do you have a store or office I can visit?
No. Easy Cash Diabetic doesn't operate a storefront. Pickups are arranged directly with Tonya.
Can you come today?
Tonya schedules around her availability and doesn't promise same-day pickups. She'll give you a realistic time when you talk.
Eligibility & condition
How should boxes be sealed?
Factory-sealed and never opened. If a box has been opened, even if the items inside are still individually sealed, mention it. It's generally not eligible as a sealed box.
What expiration dates are acceptable?
Expired items are never accepted. How much remaining time is needed varies by product, so call Tonya to discuss your specific boxes. See our expiration guide.
What about pharmacy labels with my name?
Don't tear the box trying to remove them. Ask Tonya how she'd like labels handled when you schedule, and never include labels in photos you send.
Can I sell supplies I received through insurance or a government program?
That depends on who owns the supplies and the rules of the program that provided them. Tonya can't give legal advice. If a program prohibits resale, those supplies aren't eligible. Check before scheduling.
What about sample packs, singles or unboxed items?
These are flagged for manual review. Some may not qualify. Call before setting them aside.
Offers & payment
How is the final offer determined?
By the specific product, packaging type, condition and expiration, confirmed when Tonya inspects each box in person.
What if my supplies differ from what I described or photographed?
Tonya will explain the difference at pickup. The offer may change, or the item may not be eligible, and you're free to decline.
How will I be paid?
Confirm payment details with Tonya when you schedule your pickup.
Am I obligated to sell after requesting a quote?
No. A quote request is just a conversation.
