DASH pods come in five- and ten-count boxes. If you switched to Omnipod 5, your leftover DASH boxes may still be eligible if they are sealed and in date.
Identifying DASH boxes
DASH packaging is labeled Omnipod DASH. The two common box sizes are:
- 10-count DASH boxes
- 5-count DASH boxes
DASH pods are different from Omnipod 5 pods even though the boxes share a family look. Read the name on the front before you call.
The DASH PDM
The DASH Personal Diabetes Manager is the handheld controller for the system. Devices are reviewed case by case for condition and packaging. Call Tonya to discuss a PDM before setting it aside.
Original (Eros) pods
Pods for the original Omnipod system (sometimes called Eros) are a separate listing in five- and ten-count boxes. They are not DASH pods. Check the Omnipod category for all versions.
Before you call
- Count boxes by size (5 or 10).
- Note the expiration on each box.
- Set aside any opened boxes or loose pods separately; they are not counted as sealed boxes.
Then send a quote request or call. Any offer is confirmed only after Tonya inspects the boxes.
