How to Prepare Your Supplies for a Pickup
Sort, check seals and dates, and keep everything in one bag.
A little preparation makes a pickup quick and avoids surprises. Here's what helps.
1. Sort by product
Group boxes by brand and exact product, for example G7 retail separate from G7 DME, and Verio 50-count separate from Verio 100-count. This matches how Tonya reviewed your quote.
2. Check every seal
Set aside anything that has been opened, even partly. Opened supplies aren't accepted, and mixing them in slows the inspection.
3. Re-check dates
Confirm the expiration dates match what you told Tonya. If anything changed, it's fine; just mention it.
4. Labels and personal information
Pharmacy labels with your name are common. Don't tear the box trying to remove them. Ask Tonya how she'd like labels handled when you schedule. You can cover your information with a removable sticky note in the meantime.
5. Keep it in one place
A single bag or box by the door makes the handoff fast and keeps boxes from being crushed.
At the pickup
Tonya looks over each box: seal, condition, product and date. If everything matches what was described, she completes the purchase as discussed. If something differs, she'll explain and you can decide what to do. Payment method should be confirmed when you schedule.
