What to Photograph When You Request a Quote
Two photos per product type, and nothing with your name on it.
Photos are optional, but good ones help Tonya answer faster. The goal is to show the outside of the packaging and nothing personal.
Take these
- The front of one box per product type, so the brand, product name and count are readable.
- The label panel showing the model/reference number, lot and expiration date.
- A group shot of all boxes of that type stacked together, if you have several.
Never send these
- Pharmacy labels with your name, address, doctor or prescription number.
- Prescriptions, insurance cards, medical records or receipts with personal details.
- Anything showing a patient's health information.
If a pharmacy label is unavoidable in the shot, crop it out or cover it with paper before you take the photo (don't write on the box).
Photo tips
- Daylight near a window beats a flash.
- Hold the phone steady and tap to focus on the expiration date.
- Keep each file reasonably small. The online form accepts two photos up to about 4 MB each.
No photos? No problem
You can simply call Tonya and read the details off the box. Photos are a convenience, not a requirement. Request a quote.
